In light of the widely known failed firmware updates in apps, forum discussions about Crucial, specifically for 500 GB and other sizes SSD NVMe drives, have made available knowledge of how to fix them to work. I only post here what I’ve used myself on my own drives that worked. Any others will be linked to other sites.

Why these Downloads are here
- The Crucial Windows app is known for not updating firmware for versions 4 & 5 for the 500 GB SSD drives.
- Some have resorted to extracting its files (from the .zip firmware file) & recreating a working zip file, which I am now using after making them.
